I just updated my Versa to the latest firmware today, after which it lost comms with my app. I rebooted my phone and Versa and now it will not power back on or charge at all.
Thoughts??

Hi @Eatthrich. Welcome on board.
Thanks for letting me know that your Versa completed the firmware and I'm sorry that now it's not turning back on. To work on this together please try the following steps:

I just turned my Versa off and now will not power back on. I had updated early in week. Will not charge but since it is shutdown not sure it would. It is not a problem with gold contacts or usb. If I cannot power on a new update will not fix.

I just got mine restarted. Try holding the left center button and the bottom right button at the same time. I got the Fitbit symbol after a few seconds. It came back and resycned.

Hey Lizzy,
I was able to finally get my Versa to turn on by pressing all buttons at the same time and holding for 10 sec. Since then there has been several issues including battery not holding a charge for more than a day, clock faces locking up and very jittery transitioning between pages on the clock. I decided to just factory reset the device and now it is stuck on a page with a red X with the note "Data not cleared, sync and try again". Nothing I do at the moment will get it off that page.
All of this seems to stem from the firmware update that was pushed. Is there any way to back off the firmware if I can get it to reset? This is beyond frustrating!!! HELP

I had the same issue too I thought it was my charger or the fitbit versa just died on me after 1 year. I think it has to do with the firmware. After reading in another post that they were able to start up the fit bit versa by pressing all 3 buttons I was able to get it back up and started charging it. Now I have it to 100% but one thing is to not let it drain all the way down, don't turn it off and as you just presented don't do a factory reset. Hope they're about to fix your versa and that it's not bricked. They will need to release another FW that won't 'cuase this issue.

Hi @Eatthrich, @ludawg94 and @SunsetRunner. Nice to see you here and I'm sorry for the delay.
@Eatthrich, thanks for troubleshooting your Versa on your own and I'm sorry for the difficulties you've experienced with it. Currently there isn't an option to return back to the previous update, but let me help you with this matter. Based on what is displayed on your Versa, it seems that it's not set up correctly in the Fitbit app. While you've tried some steps before, please give one last try to the following:
For Android devices, check this article.
If your Versa is able to complete this process, monitor the battery life and your watch's performance. If you notice something unusual feel free to let me know.
@ludawg94, thanks for trying the restart prior posting to get your Versa working again. Since your post didn't mention let me share with you some factors that affect the battery life, such as using a 3rd party or animated clock face, receiving too many notifications, GPS tracking, etc. This doesn't mean that you cannot use these features, but just to take into consideration the conditions that may affect your watch's battery. That said I'd recommend to restart it one more time, charge it as described here and monitor its behavior. You can also check this help article which has some tips to maximize the battery life.
@SunsetRunner, thanks for joining this thread and letting me know that the same happened to your Versa. While checking your details, I was informed that you already have a case created with the Support team and they're providing you assistance with this.
