The last couple of treadmills sessions my Versa 2 will suddenly spike for no reason and jump like 20-25 bpm. For example, I'm barely pushing hard and it'll jump from 140 to 165...It also does the same in reverse.
I'm not doing anything different nor do I feel any different so I know it's not accurate. Thoughts???

Hi @LCMemphis, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the accuracy issue you're experiencing with the heart rate monitor on your Fitbit Versa 2. I understand your concern. Heart rate can be affected by several factors including air temperature, stress level, physical body position, and medication use. Since you were exercising when you noticed discrepancies in your heart-rate readings, the type of exercise or the position of the device may be the cause. See our help article for more information: How do I improve the accuracy of my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
Please keep me posted, I'll be around.
