Back button not working

Hi Everyone, 

 

I purchased my Versa 1 week ago and everything was fine until tonight when my Versa started to vibrate and the screen started to alternate between the clock face and the notifications/screen lock options. Now my back button doesn't work.

 

I have restarted it but I am still experiencing the same behaviour. Can anyone help?

I would contact Support immediately, as your Versa shouldn't be acting like this.  The link to Support can be found at the bottom of this page.  Tell them all the troubleshooting you have done to save everyone time.  Seeing as this was posted on a Friday afternoon, you should probably hear from them sometime next week.
