Back order and just got charged

Hello over the summer I ordered 2 Fitbit versa 2’s and only one came. The other was on backorder and I got refunded but it came back in stock recently and I was charged yesterday.  I got an email that it had shipped. I don’t want it though and I canceled my credit card because I thought there was a fraudulent charge on my account as I wasn’t notified previously. What do I do?

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
