Background pictures

I was given a versa 2 as a Christmas present, it's my first Fitbit watch,and I was wondering if anyone could tell me why I don't have background pictures on my watch,and why the little exercise man on my watch is red when on everyone I know who has the versa 2 all have the background pictures and  the little man is yellow on their watches?

The "exercise man" changed colors in the last firmware update.

As for background pictures on watch, assuming you mean on the clock face, that's your choice.  There are probably thousands of clock faces you can choose from, many free, some developed by third-parties charge a small fee.

The background pictures I mean are the ones showing in the exercise app  i.e. gym, running,swimming, everyone I know who has the versa 2 have these pictures! I was just wondering why mine hasn't.

Oh, you mean the big exercise choice pictures.  Those also were changed in the latest firmware update.  I personally don't understand the backlash against the smaller icons, enabling more choices to be seem on one screen instead of having to scroll through many screens, but apparently some people really like big pictures.

Can you please clarify what's in the new update? Is it with pictures or without pictures? I recently had to exchange my Fitbit versa 2 and this new one has the pictures and the little man is yellow which I don't like at all.
