I was gifted a Fitbit Versa for Christmas. At the end of March it would not turn on again after charging. My app says it is fully charged but the screen will not turn on. After trying to find a solution on the site that did not work I tried to contact customer support. The only phone number is in the US which I cannot call from Europe. The link to the mail address comes up with an error message and an email that I sent to tech support remains unanswered after 2 weeks. What am I to do with this three month old fitbit? Are they waiting to respond until the warranty expires? Or should I use it as a paperweight? Sorry about the sarcasm but I am tired of chasing customer support down when things break.

Different but similar case: Fitbit failing in waterproof, should be replaced but customer support is stalling. I have also the impression they are waiting for the warranty to expire 😕
