I returned my ionic on recall. It worked perfectly for me. Then Fitbit sent me a Versa 3 that I didn’t ask for. They were supposed to send me a refund and an offer to discount my next purchase, which would have been the Sense. So, now I have a versa3 that provides me with incorrect heart rate, mph on bike rides and the band falls off ALL the time…I had to keep it in a pocket, further limiting any info regarding workouts!
