Fitbit AU (shops) has a limited bands available. Leather and other non-silicon band is not available either.
Please advise of making this available.

Hi @marcki - I’m only another Fitbit customer here, but I’m guessing that Fitbit is not going to put much effort into releasing new bands for the older Versa. Is Amazon available in the AU? I ask because I’ve had great luck in getting exactly the bands I want from Amazon. Otherwise, try other third party sellers. Here in the US I make sure to order from sellers who offer one or two day delivery ONLY. Had some bad experiences with bands that took weeks to arrive because they were shipped from China and were not good quality. They were inexpensive so I did not even try to return them to the seller in China.

Hi @SunsetRunner - thank you so much for your reply, and suggestion. I will check Amazon Australia.
I appreciate you sharing your experience when it comes to sellers and the delivery time. Australian electronic shops used to sell the leather (Horween brand). Perrhaps, since Versa 2 is an older model, (Versa line still available in stocks) Fitbit AU store doesn't not have it nor had it online, whereas the US Fitbit heaps of available bands.

Hello @ShimmerLauren and welcome to the Help forum. The Versa 2 is not obsolete. It is still available in the US Fitbit store. There is a broken band claim option on the Support page. Your Versa 2 sounds like it is still under warranty.
