Battery Draining Quickly

My Versa is just over a year old and suddenly the charge is dropping really quickly  7% in 15 mins since I put it on. Previously full charge would last 5 - 6 Days. Only minimum settings and notifications on! 

I have even restored back to factory settings hoping that would help.

Any suggestions? Do I need a new battery?

I am having the same issues since 2 days ago. The battery lasted about 4 days previously, now it can't even make a full 24 hours. I didn't make any changes in settings or apps before the issue occured.

 

I have now unchecked the quick-view setting and disabled some notifications (snapchat, facebook and instagram), but the battery still drains.

 

Is there a problem with my battery? If so, how to proceed to get it fixed?
