My Versa is completely black. When I plug it in, it turns on and says 100%. However, it shuts off within minutes of being removed from the charger

@AymeeO welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it turns off when you remove it from the charger.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it stays on when you unplug it from the charger.

Hi!  I charged my FitBit for several hours yesterday, and it shut off within a few minutes of being removed from the charger
