Not holding a charge suddenly...I have followed instructions to do a force stop, turn the Bluetooth on and off and nothing is helping. It won't even charge to 100%, 99% is the maximum after leaving it on the charger overnight. It was at 99% when I left home an hour ago and it's already at 78% now.I hope this isn't a tactic to get me to upgrade? Any suggestions??

I understand how you feel about this situation. I'd recommend you follow these instructions to restart your device.
