Has this been fixed? I have tried everything….  Nothing seems to work and looks like a very common problem.

Hi there @Waldropl89, it's good to see you around in the Community.

Thank you for sharing your experience and the troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device and restart your device.
