I own both a luxe and a Versa 2 and both are driving me insane. I haven't used either for about a year but have recently got back into the gym and after the most recent update neither are registering my heart rate accurately.
On multiple occasions the treadmills hand sensors have my heart rate high around 170, and both fitbits have me at 100 - 120 if i'm lucky. At first i was just using the luxe so I dug out my old Versa 2 and this is doing the same. I've done full resets, swapped arms, changed positions on the wrist. The Versa finally started to catch up on Sunday but it took restarting the workout on my watch twice and then only after 10 minutes into its reading did it finally shoot up to near what the treadmills readings were before dropping out again at the end of my workout.
They never used to be this flakey from what I remember. Could this be a software issue from the last update? Both are in good condition still, no scratches or anything on the reverse side. It's becoming extremely infuriating, I can cope with the heart rate being a bit off but its not even registering me as being in an active zone in the middle of a run!
