I have had my FitBit Versa since May 2018 and have always up until about 2 weeks ago been able to go 4+ days without charging. My Fitbit now doesn’t even last 12 hours. I did a factory reset on it hoping that would help and now only half of my screen is working properly. Please help! How can I fix the battery and screen?

Exactly the same issue here too. I have had my Versa since February 2019, the battery no longer lasts 24 hours. I have turned off all non essentials such as heart rate monitor, all day sync and phone notifications (although that defeats the object of why I bought this particular device!) my fully charged battery at 8.30am yesterday morning has 14% at 5.20am today. I can no longer trust the alarm feature as some mornings it has run out of battery completely and turned itself off.
