Battery charging issues

All of a sudden I have the battery charging screen on every time I wake up my Versa.  It’s the screen it has while charging but it’s not charging and it literally just started.

@Meggles1977 Please try rebooting Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.
