Battery died

I purchased my Versa April 9, 2020 from Nordstroms.  I still have the receipt if needed.  The battery stayed draining within 4-5 hours of charging to 100%.  Eventfully, the battery died all together.  Is there anything you can do for me?

Hi @Versaowner123 - Your device is less than a year old. You should try contacting Support. Hopefully they can help. I’d wait until the week end is over.
