Wallet-Invalid Entry-Versa 2

I've set up my fitbit wallet, and I've been able to add two credit cards (both are mastercards). But whenever I try to add my debit card (a visa card that is brand new), it tells me "Error-Invalid entry. Please check your input and try again." 

 

I know it's not my bank, because I called them and they were able to authorize my other two cards. But fitbit doesn't even seem to be reading the visa card, and it won't let me add it no matter how many times I enter it in correctly. Since this is the payment method I use most often, this is really bumming me out.

 

Has anyone else had this problem, or figured out a fix?

Please make sure that your bank is part of the list of Banks & Transit Supporting Fitbit Pay 

 

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.36.1). To see your current version and update, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?" and follow the instructions.

 

If you continue experiencing the same problem, please restart your Fitbit Versa 2 and try once again to add your debit card to Fitbit Pay by following these steps.

I updated the app and restarted my fitbit, but it still claims that my correct card information is "an invalid entry."

Thanks for the update @bmarieharper.

 

For further investigation please provide the following information:

 

- What is the debit card you are having difficulties with?

- Have you contacted your bank to make sure this card does not have any restrictions?

- Please confirm that you verified the correct card details are entered in your Fitbit account.
