I just got a Versa 2. I am trying to change my clock face to the Sp02 face. I get a message to check I have the latest Fitbit app and version on my Versa 2. I updated the app this morning. The firmware version is 35.70.714. Is this the most current version? Is the Sp02 available for my Versa 2. I have searched high and low and can not find answers to these questions. Thank you

Currently, the latest firmware version for the Fitbit Versa 2 is 35.71.6.19. According to your information, it seems that your watch has a previous version.
To try to resolve the issue, please follow the next steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Restart your watch and reboot your cellphone
- Log back into the Fitbit app
- Set up your Versa 2 as a replacement device:
Then, please check if the version has been updated. You can go to this article and follow the instructions in the menu "How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?"
For information about how to track Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) with your Versa 2, please visit this site.
You can find instructions to change the clock face on your watch here.

I am having the same problem and can’t update the firmware to the new one! Still on 35.70.7.14.
Followed the same procedure but no luck 😞
how did you get it to update?
