Battery drain and touchscreen not working properly

I have posted before in the forum about my Fitbit Versa 2 watch buzzing and then not being able to detect the HR. It was also Draining battery. 
I have done all the things in the email that was asked. I restarted the Fitbit, removed it from app, restarted and resynced it. The battery is draining incredibly fast. I charged it last night completely for 8 hours. I wore the Fitbit from 6am-9pm and it was at 63%. It’s lasting 2 days max when it should be 6+ days. The touchscreen only works half the time and the HR goes in and out. Sometimes it even restarts itself. I’m not too sure on what else to do at this point.
