I have had my Fitbit verse for like 5 months, with no issues with anything. Now all of the sudden my battery is draining to nothing in a day and a half. I tried shutting it down and starting it back up but it didn’t work.

Have you checked to see if All-Day Sync is turned on in the app?

Yes, I have had it on the whole time I’ve had the Fitbit. I don’t understand why all of the sudden it’s losing its charge so quickly.

Awrob, I am having the same issue as you. I bought my device in May and it worked well for about a month or so but since then the battery only lasts for a day and a half. I have sent an email to Fitbit support service and I am now awaiting a response.

Same issue here.
Fitbit's italian support told me this is a general versa's issue; they're working on it, no idea if and when it will be solved...

Well if they ever respond to you, can you please let me know what they say. The reason I got the versa and not an Apple Watch because of the battery life.

Update on my previous post. I contacted Fitbit via email. They responded and asked me to go through several trouble shooting actions such as removing non-FitBit Apps (which I did not install by the way, they came pre-installed), disabling quick view and all day sync, restarting the device etc. I followed all the instructions and still the battery was dying after one day. So after several emails with them offering other suggestions as to what I can do and with nothing working they offered to replace the device. I got the replacement about two weeks ago. So far it is working fine, the battery lasts for four days. I will continue to monitor this as time goes. So my suggestion is to contact FitBit and get some advice from them.

Similar issue here. Worked fine for 4 weeks and then during the last two weeks, the battery drains within a day. Tried resetting and using a basic clock screen and turning Bluetooth off but no change. Shame as I love the product. Waiting for email response from Fitbit.

Same here. No issues in the last 4 months, the past week- different story. I didn't change any settings and out of nowhere the battery has the be re-charged daily !!! I did what customer support suggested, but it's still draining very fast. Some of the battery saving tips are ridiculous and completely defeat the purpose of having the device. If I have to turn off my notifications, alarms, wifi, and move reminders every hour; there isn't much left !!
