Battery empty fit bit wont switch on

On my Fit bit App my watch is showing as battery empty! I placed it on charge last night before bed and left it to charge all night. Woke up this morning battery is still showing as empty with a black screen on my watch!?

My battery died yesterday as well. Put it in charge all day and nothing. Thought maybe my charging unit. My daughter put it in hers all night and still nothing. 😢

I just contacted support. The first thing they had me do was hold left button till versa logo showed. That didn’t work. So then they said hold all three for about 30 seconds. That worked. I go the logo and then it took a few seconds and my screen came back on and I can now charge it. Hope this helps you out.
