My Fitbit died overnight. I charged it for a while and it only got to 14% battery, and it died that evening (normally it would last longer than that).
Now it won't charge, despite being plugged in and I did all the trouble shooting (cleaning it, changing plugs). When I tried to reset it, it wouldn't let me, so I did the factory reset option on the watch itself. Now it either won't respond to me touching the side buttons, or it says 'data not cleared. Sync and try again' but when I try to sync, it won't let me (it comes up with the set up screen, and tries to sync but is not successful). It turns on (to an extent) when it is plugged in, so it's not a charger issue, but it stays on 0%
How can I fix it?
