Versa 2 

trying to download Spo2 

the download link is grayed out. 

I deleted the app and reinstalled, shut phone off and restarted 

S/w version 70.7.14

 

 

any assistance would be appreciated

Hi there, @2befitmike. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

 

Is your Versa 2 fairly new? If so, since she has just setup the Versa 2 it may appear up to date but it needs another update. The latest update isn't available until up to 48 hours after setup.

 

With that being said, please note that in order for your watch to install those apps it has to be running version 72.1.23, any version below that one won't let you to install the SpO2.

Thank you for the reply as it makes sense for the sw to be above -  but why doesn’t it automatically update to highest level out of the gate ?


yes. It is new -  48 hours later this evening.
