Battery issues with Versa

Hello. So it's almost one year that I am using fitbit versa watch. And now I'm struggling with the battery problem I have to charge 2 times per day because its drains sooo fast. And it always shows me 99% so I turned off everything, all notifications, quick view, alarms, I don't have any apps on my watch I tried to restart and nothing it's still the same problem, even if I don't wear it the battery is dying in almost half day. I am so confused because I love my fitbit watch and I want to solve the problem. Is anybody can change the battery or something? How can I fix it?
