I’ve had my versa 2 for almost a year now and the battery life has always been great, I usually have to charge it every 5th day, no issues. Suddenly this pas week week, I had charged it Sunday, then I had to charge it again by Wednesday which I thought was a bit odd but didn’t think a whole lot about it, then yesterday I had to charge it again because I got a low battery warning and I thought maybe it hadn’t charged fully on Wednesday. But now, I charged it last night, put it on at 10am this morning with 100% battery, and then at 6pm tonight I got the low battery warning and it died. Anyone have any thoughts on why my battery is just completely draining suddenly when I haven’t changed anything in the past year?

Same issue but I’ve only had mine for a year. I’ve checked all forums and tried all the solutions. I’ve been a faithful Fitbit user for years and upgrade regularly. Very disappointed as it seems the products are no longer reliable.

The same thing is happening to me! I’m wondering if Fitbit would send us a new one or something because battery life was one of the main reasons I switched to Fitbit

Same issue here. I raised the issue direct with Fitbit support 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a response!

I have the exact same issue and timeline. Weird. I purchased a new charger wondering if that is the issue. Nope it will not charge at all. Not sure how to fix it.
