The app does not sync the battery life that is on the Versa 2. In order to show the correct battery life that is displayed on the watch I have to delete the app and downloaded it again to my phone (IOS) device. Any ideas on who this is happening?

Please note that our team is currently working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, you can force quit the app as described here and reopen it to see the correct % within the iOS app. Rest assured that the battery percentage displayed on your Fitbit device should always be accurate.
