Battery life - Versa

I received a Versa for Mother's Day.  Very excited as I was waiting for this one to come out but now very disappointed.  The battery life is supposed to last 4d and  barely lasts 12 hours.  I really want to use the Versa to track sleep.  Went to bed last night with it on 64% and it died during the night when I wasn't even using it.  That's ridiculous.  I am having to charge it twice a day!!   I have taken onboard other suggestions around turning off the all-day sync and only using Fitbit clock, but seriously not good enough.  Any further help would be appreciated otherwise it's going back!

I would return it for another one. You should still be within the exchange period of where you bought it from unless you got it from Fitbit. If that’s the case, Then it’s a headache to get it replaced from them.
