Battery life

I haven’t even had my Versa 4 mos yet.

I read where it said to turn off notifications, all day sync, screen wake on manual, etc. I’ve done all that and my battery still doesn’t even last 24 hrs. What good is it to have a device with all the possibilities the Versa has, if you can’t use them. I’m very disappointed.

Try restarting your Versa several times. If that doesnt drastically improve the battery life, do a factory reset (settings app on the Versa and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it contact Support - the life you are getting is NOT good enough. Let us know how you go

I have already done what you suggested. I have a replacement plan. I think I’ll just return it and get a new one and hope for the best. Hoping it’s just a defective battery.

I've got the same issue, I bought Versa 1.5+ month back ... the battery use to last for 3+ days for first 4 weeks but suddenly after that, the battery hardly lasts for 2 complete days. Can't believe the battery of such an expensive smartwatch degraded within 50 days.
