Battery not lasting

Only purchased my Fitbit Versa limited edition in May this year and suddenly yesterday my battery is draining within 8hrs.

This now makes the watch pretty useless.

Haven’t changed anything. Is this common?

Hi @KatieP123  No, it is not common. Try restarting the watch several times and see if that helps. Also try a Factory Reset (Settings App on the watch and scroll down to About).

The VERSA team deliberately put a bug on our devices that would affect the battery of first edition devices. I am experiencing the same post recent update. I have already disposed this device and switched back to apple watch.

Hi @rajatparihar  That is a rediculous statement. If you prefer Apple then by all means go back to it.

Yep sure is. Sometimes it works with battery problems and sometimes it doesnt. It depends on the cause of the problem..
