Battery since update

Since my Fitbit has been updated the battery life has gone terrible. Used to charge it twice a week, now having to charge it twice a day! How do I undo an update? My Fitbit is now useless to me! Used to love it but am really disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Have you tried restarting it since the last update? Others have found that restarting your tracking, frees up memory and stops draining the battery. I'd suggest restarting it a couple of times in a row; after it restarts and you see the Fitbit logo, give it a few seconds and then restart again. Good luck!

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I had read that restarting it may help. I have restarted several times and still the battery is draining really quickly.
