Versa 2 replacement inquiry

Hey, 

So my Fitbit stopped working a couple of months back. I contacted fitbit and they told me I am eligible to get a replacement. I sent my old watch back in return for a replacement. Although, it’s been two months since Fitbit told me that my replacement package was shipped but I still have not received it. 

I have gone by this whole year without a watch with the promise of a new one. I hope someone can help me out?

Hi @SanGurappa, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received news in regards the replacement Versa 2 that was offered. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and proceed accordingly.
