Hello, 

I completely forgot to charge my Versa last night. It's down to 4%. Will that cause any issues if it completely dies? I was advised to not let it go under 20%, but I let it go down to about 10% before charging. Thanks!

There shouldn't be any problem, Nancy, but it certainly is desirable to not let it get that low. I never let mine get below 10%.

It shouldn't be an issue. The worst that can happen is the Versa dies and you need to put in on the charger.
