Can someone please explain the below zone stat??

"Below Zone" means heart rate is lower than fat burn zone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Also you don't get credited with Active Zone Minutes when your heart rate is in the Below Zones area.
