My Versa is approximately 14 months old. I am having several issues with it lately. Can't received notifications about text messages and emails even though it is connected to my phone by bluetooth. Stopped reminding me to take steps. No pulse info anymore. Battery is dying quickly. Completely died once...got it started again by pressing all 3 buttons at once. Now I am having to "restart" it to get it even to track my steps. I love Fitbit, but having to buy a new one (this is my 3rd one in 5 years...alta to blaze to versa) seems like a waste. Do I just need to buy another one? Please help!

3 in 5 years is a lot. May I ask how you are charging it? Its best on the computer USB
See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
But yes it sounds like its toast at this point
