I have three issues with my Versa which has me highly disappointed so far.
First and chiefly, whenever i try and track a bike ride through my fitbit, it pauses the ride ALL the time, even when i am moving. This gives rise to incredibly inaccurate results and renders my tracking totally useless.
Secondly, my run tracking, admittedly this isn't as diabolic as my bike tracking, but often it doesn't pick up that i have started a run until i am a kilometer in.
For the above two issues, i always carry my phone with me to utilize its GPS features.
Thirdly my swim tracking. I swim in a 20m pool, my fitbit recognizes this as 25m so obviously my swim is off. I was under the impression that the fitbit should automatically pick up the length of the pool. This obviously isn't the case. There used to be the functionality to manually set the pool length, but this has disappeared.
I had high hopes for fitbit as my first smart watch, especially going in to Triathlon season and so far i've been left feeling rather disillusioned.
Any way that i could improve my tracking, would be greatly received.

Auto tracking will never be as precise as manually starting an exercise, as it becomes needs to detect 10mins of activity before registering it as such.
You can turn off auto pause in the activity settings and I thought you could also change the pool length there to. I don't have access to a Versa at the moment to see what is configurable.

That's great news about the auto pausing, hopefully this will resolve it.
The swim is still a bit annoying but I can probably cope with this now i can autopause!
Thanks.
