Bitmoji Images block time display

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I like the Bitmoji clock face but ... some of the images cover too much of the time display so that you cannot read the hr or other times the minutes.

Need to ensure the graphics keep the time display functional. It is a watch after all... a watch that doesn’t tell time is just a bracelet.

also... would like a little more customizable display options to utilize the corners and optional alt location for the time display.

@SalukiKate81 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding Bitmoji clock face. Personally, I've used the Bitmoji clock face and it has been great, it shows the time and all the stats. Check the screenshot below, even when it covers a bit of the time displayed, it still shows it correctly.

If you're seeing something different, please provide me with a picture of what you're getting.

@SilviaFitbit . Here is my screenshot. You definitely cannot make out the minutes.

@SunsetRunner Thanks for getting back. I appreciate the screenshot shared.

It's pretty weird that your emoji is showing a bit bigger than the time. I would like you to unlink Fitbit and Bitmoji account, log out from your app and restart your watch. After this, please link them again and download the clock face again.

Keep me posted.

@SilviaFitbit I appreciate the suggestion. I am completely aware of the typical suggestions all Fitbit moderators give and I always troubleshoot by doing the usual unlinking of accounts, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting the device before coming to the community looking for answers. I guess I should have stated that.

The screenshot the other user is the most accurate.... some of the images are fine... but I noticed that sock and the sheep image always covers the time to where you can’t read it.

  • Few of the Bitmoji images block the clock. I have attempted restarting the watch and deleting the watch face, unlinking and linking Bitmoji. But the problem persists. Also in the setting of the clock face it sais: connecting teleporting to smartwatch 99%. I have tried waiting out for like hours and removing the watch face and adding it again. But that still stays there.
