Bitmoji and login troubles

I have a Versa. My problem first started with the Bitmoji clock face, I started having problems; started blinking and every time I tried to update it, it would just sit there and blink, then the app it’s self started blinking, where it’d be connected then it would be disconnected. Read a forum said re download app, now it won’t let me log in at all, keeps saying error, try again. Created new account, that didn’t work either. Everything I do with the app, receives a error, try again message.

I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and would like to confirm if you're able to log into your Fitbit account? If not, please confirm that you have access to the email address you used to create your Fitbit account and follow the steps from this help article: How do I change or reset my Fitbit password? I also recommend making sure your app is up-to-date. In order to update your app you can follow the steps provided here.

 

Regarding the Bitmoji clock face, please try to switch to a different clock face, and then switch back to the Bitmoji clock face. You can find more information on how to install the Bitmoji clock face here: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
