Trying to change clock face to Bitmoji. Big mistake. Now it's stuck on "visit the clock face settings on your phone to connect your Bitmoji via Snapchat". I go to that screen on app but it reckons it can't find versa, even though it syncs. Two weeks old, spent 2hrs plus and ripping my hair out. Wish id never bought it

Thanks for your response and suggestion Lilya. However I can't get as far as teleporting to be able to follow the posts you recommended. The step where I'm stuck is way before that. After I've downloaded the Versa clock face within the Fitbit app, I'm prompted to Settings/Snapchat/Connect, and the Snapchat log in appears. After inputting my user name and password, the next page is the verification page (choose all cars, crosswalks, hills etc). So I verify as requested and click continue, but the next page after verification is once again the log in page. Again. And again and again. It is like "groundhog day, the movie." No amount of repeating that step changes anything. I simply can't sign into snapchat from the Fitbit app, BUT I can sign into snapchat or bitmoji separately, no issues. I know the 2 are connected, because my bitmoji appears in the snapchat app. All apps have the latest updates. Wifi is connected. Bluetooth on. I've rebooted my iPhone 6 several times (is updated w/IOS version 12.4.2) and have also deleted all pertinent apps and uploaded them again (and again). So where the watch face download process gets stuck for me is at the Snapchat log in page at Fitbit. Any ideas? Thanks!

I just went through this same frustrating experience!! Once I connected my fitbit to my wifi it started to import! Now I'm stuck at 4% importing like a lot of others. So that's my next challenge. Hope this helps!

After a few email exchanges with Customer Support, my issue was resolved and I now have the Bitmoji watchface.
Essentially, my personal download problem was that I couldn't complete the Snapchat sign-in at the Fitbit website in order to complete the watchface download. It turns out that that particular problem was a cookies setting on my iPhone. I had all that sort of thing turned off on my phone. After turning everything back on, I was able to complete the bitmoji clockface download. While I never got passed 88% download, my clockface is functioning fine nevertheless.

Yes, it is my understanding that you need a Snapchat account (free), as well as a Bitmoji, in order to download the Bitmoji clockface.
