Hi there, @Hannaaa20. Welcome to the community. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2 and apps.
If you haven't done so yet, please see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. It could happen that your Versa 2 does not have enough storage to transfer all the required information from your Bitmoji clock face.
