I cannot connect bitmoji clock face. It’s stuck at “preparing to teleport” for over 2 hours now. I have the latest version on fitbit, snapchat and bitmoji.

If you haven't done so yet, please see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. It could happen that your Versa 2 does not have enough storage to transfer all the required information from your Bitmoji clock face.
