A couple weeks ago my Bitmoji clockface suddenly stopped working. I followed all reset protocols on Bitmoji, Snapchat and Fitbit. Still cannot sync. When I try to sync, my son’s SUPER OLD snap info auto populates in rather than my info. I cannot change it. It is grayed out and there is no setting feature. I have changed all email’s and passwords to the same in all 3 programs. Still links to a 10+ year old defunct acct. HELP!!

Hi @SLT2021, I have that clock face too on all of my Versas, but I'm a little confused as to what exactly you're having trouble with. Would you mind sending in some screenshots?

I had issues with mine a while ago. I had to completely disconnect the Fitbit and Snapchat connection via the "Settings" in the Snapchat app and then reconnect it. Might be worth a try?
