Versa 2 won’t sync and losing time

My versa 2 will not sync and as the day goes on it loses time. Everyday I have to “forget device” then add it again. Which can take up to an hour to “find” the device. I have even tried a full factory reset but still lost time. Getting annoyed now that my smart watch doesn’t even tell me the time!

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1631746430259.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If necessary, you can manually change the time on your Versa 2 by following these instructions.
