Hi, I've been trying to teleport my Bitmoji after changing outfits but it gets stuck at 43%. I have restarted my Versa, the app, disconnected and connected the Bluetooth, but nothing seems to work. Appreciate any help

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check and follow the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I install the Bitmoji clock face? and let me know if you still experience difficulties with this process. If so, please let me know which phone are you using with your Versa and when was the first time you experienced this situation to further investigate.

I’m having the same trouble my phone as been stuck on preparing to teleport for 48 hours won’t let me unistall the Bitmogi tried everything , just got the loading icon image keep going round on my watch . How do I remove it fed up with it now just want it gone . I am using a apple phone is that why it’s not working
