Bitmoji clock face

I updated the look of my bitmoji and it won't transfer to my fitbit versa. I have spoken to THREE different fitbit employees to try to solve my problem. All of the advice they gave me, I have followed but instead of solving the issue they have actually made it worse. I can't connect my fitbit versa to my phone anymore, after having done a factory reset which I was told to do. I can't connect it to my wifi to update the versa. Instead of giving me a solution to the problem, they have just told me to use another clock face and wait for fitbit to solve the problem. However, having looked on the forum, it seems that this has been a problem since at least 2019 - which means they have been working on the problem for 4 years. So is there NO solution?! I am beyond frustrated with my now fitbit versa that doesn't connect to wifi to update. So therefore, not actually being able to use my product at all now.

Hi @emmaaateee - a factory reset puts the watch back to it's initial condition and means it has to be setup again. Before doing that make a note of the names of any clocks or apps you have chosen to simplify reinstalling later if necessary.

Don't know how far you have got setting it up again, and to help with that, you might try removing the Bluetooth entry from the phone and the watch from the Fitbit App, logout and  and restart both phone an watch, then login, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device".

To use wifi the watch must be on charge and near the wifi source and phone, and the wifi source needs to be a 2.4 Ghz signal otherwise it won't connect.

See if that helps or post again where it doesn't work.
