Bitmoji detected my versa

Ever since I downloaded the bitmoji clock face my clock screen has green and blue vertical line in it. When I swipe up left the screen is fine. I've reset it many times by holding down all the buttons for 15 secs and letting go of the bottom button after the logo goes away..... its not working.
