My heart rate only shows up once in a while when it feels like it. I have no sleep tracking at all and haven't since the first night. And it does not like to syn to my Galaxy S9+. It often tells me there is no connection and to make sure my Versa Lite is on and charged. It's both but still doesn't connect.

Agreed my Versa disconnects from the internet, won't sync regularly, have to set up the wifi on it continuously, can't get my music to upload, got Deezer working once and now ot won't work it recognizes my bluetooth headphones but what good are they if the music won't play

I understand the device is still relatively new and there are bugs to work out. But it's a pricey device and it isn't much more than a glorified watch that counts my steps at this time. If it doesn't sync correctly, my data is lost at the start of a new day and there is no record of any progress. The IDEA of the Versa Lite is awesome, putting the functions into practice would be even better.
