Bitmoji was connected but then it just stopped

I've had my versa 3 for about a year, the bitmoji clock face was connected from the beginning no issues, then about a week ago. The link to transport from Snapchat disappeared. I found and did the following: Remove the clock face
2) Go to phone app settings and clear Fitbit cache
3) Disconnect partner apps in Snapchat
4) Log out of Snapchat
5) Go to phone app settings and clear Snapchat cache
6) Open Fitbit app, install Bitmoji clock face
7) Connect to Snapchat - you will be asked to login Snapchat for the connection to Fitbit 

When I get to #7 it will go through the steps like it's going to connect , it will switch to the Snapchat screen then will go back to the Fitbit screen once I hit connect then it never says teleport, it never changes from 'Snapchat connect'.  My bitmoji is linked to Snapchat. I've even uninstalled Fitbit reinstalled even taken it to factory reset. I also uninstalled & reinstalled bitmoji& Snapchat apps.

Hi I'm having the same issue. Hopefully they see this and help us get to the bottom of it. I love my bitmoji clock face
