Bitmoji won't install

hoping someone can help i have recently upgraded my blaze to a versa and i am trying to use the bitmoji clock face i have updated both the fitbit app and the snapchat app as well as the phone software and the fitbit firmware but for some reason it doesn't add the face to the watch just gets stuck on the page telling me its preparing to transport i have left it for a good 6-7 hours and no progress has been made is it something i am doing wrong im using a samsung galaxy s8

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the difficulty you're experiencing with installing the Bitmoji clock face. Thank you for your efforts. Some clock faces may take a long time to install due to the size of the clock face. I recommend connecting the watch to Wi-Fi when installing clock faces.
