Black Screen

Yesterday, I noticed the screen on my Versa Lite was just a load of coloured lines, nothing was visible. I charged it to see if that would help, then the screen didn’t turn on at all and my watch wouldn’t vibrate or sync to the app or anything. It had been charging long enough to be fully charged so I just left it out of the charger over night. Now my watch seems to be vibrating when it should and will sync to the app but the screen is still black. I’ve restarted the watch multiple times, changed the clock face (because I read somewhere that that might work) and have disconnected it from the app. Now I can’t reconnect it because the code I need will not show up on the screen.


I only got the watch six months ago. I have been wearing my watch in the shower, but as far as I knew they are supposed to be waterproof...perhaps I was wrong. 

what should I do? Thank you.

Hi @14r-mcmonagle  It sounds as if you have done all the right things. As itnis still has jo display, contact Customer Support.
