The problem started when the clock randomly changed from a 12 hour to a 24 hour. Then the screen went black, nothing shows when I move my wrist or tap on it. I checked my settings and it is on a 12 hour. Instructions says to tap word "arc" on face 3 times but nothing happened. Later it went black. It still counts, vibrates when I get notifications, etc. I've tried resetting multiple times. After reset, the fitbit icon shows and then the clock will show for a moment but then it goes black. I tried a different clock but still have the same issue.

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately, soon after my message, the Fitbit completely stopped syncing. Nothing happened when I held the reset button either. I tried various things but it was gone. I don't remember how long I've had this Fitbit but probably only a few years so that was disappointing.
