Hi, try restarting your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Usually this solves the problem, when not - contact Customer Support about this.

@Terasimpson Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the black lines that appeared on your Versa's screen.

I want to follow up on this issue and would like to know if you managed to resolve it after restarting it as advised my friend @SunsetRunner. If you found his post helpful, please mark it as a solution so other users can find it easier.

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy

This happens to me as well and restarting did not help at all.

I am also having black lines appear on my Fitbit. It also had not been responding well.
I tried turning it off/on and the lines are still there

My six month old Versa has developed a black line down the face over the last two weeks. I have tried restarting but to no effect. It's very disappointing for this to happen. Has any fix been found for this problem? It seems a few people have been experiencing it.

Hi Nancy
I contacted Fitbit Customer Support. They spent a long time troubleshooting the problem but nothing worked. My Fitbit is within the warranty period so we discussed options around that. The Support person was very helpful. Maybe it would be useful for you to contact them as well.
